Most of my career has been spent helping large enterprises modernize how they operate, from marketing technology platforms and content operations, to governance and program design, to the practical application of AI and automation.

I care about the details that make transformation actually stick: the operating model, the change management, the governance, the people. That's the work I'm best known for.
